3 Quick Steps to Booking an Appointment

The quickest way to find an available appointment is the Free slot search or by browsing the Reception view.
Optionally, use the Filter button to refine the slots, for example, specific clinician or slot type.

Select a slot.
The booking form displays.

Entering the patient's name or date of birth to select.

You can also optionally:

• Change the slot type.
• Change the duration.
  See - Extend Duration.
• Add comments about the appointment, for example, clinical reason.
• Check for future appointments, the number of DNAs, cancelled appointments and previous appointments.

Confirm the appointment details with the patient and select Book.

A booking confirmation message displays.
